Teresa Bauer

Poet, Writer, Storyteller

Why do I write? Humanity.

God in the midst of humanity.

Humanity in the presence of God.

Heaven and earth and the messy wrestling.

I’m a keeper of journals and journeys through the soul, keepsakes of time and trial.

I want this space to give you glimpses through my pages while I stitch the pieces together.

Some poetry, some meditations, some essays.

Please make yourself at home.

In her voice is a thousand prayers of heartbreak and faithfulness recorded in the depth of her soul

This poetic collection, He Called Her Beautiful,  is a snapshot within a complicated tapestry of faithfulness and wrestling, letting go and moving on, inviting us to wander within our own story of beauty.
